Whether you are in a busy office or working remotely, the earbuds deliver clear communication and immersive sound. Built for versatility, they combine intelligent audio processing, seamless connectivity, and a comfortable in-ear design suited for extended use.

Description:

The Dell Pro Plus Earbuds EB525 deliver high-performance wireless audio with AI-driven noise cancellation and adaptive ANC for focused listening and clear calls. Designed for modern workflows, they support Bluetooth 5.3 with multi-point connectivity, allowing pairing with multiple devices simultaneously. The earbuds include intuitive touch controls, customizable audio settings via Dell software, and a secure, comfortable fit with multiple ear tip sizes. With fast charging, long battery life, and IP54-rated durability, they are suitable for both professional and everyday use.

Features:

AI-driven call clarity and communication precision
A key differentiator of the EB525 is its AI-based noise-cancelling microphone system. The earbuds actively identify and prioritize your voice while suppressing surrounding noise, resulting in clearer conversations. This makes them particularly effective in shared workspaces and open office environments. Certification for Microsoft Teams and Zoom ensures compatibility with enterprise communication platforms.

Adaptive listening modes for different environments
The earbuds allow quick switching between noise isolation and environmental awareness. Adaptive ANC dynamically adjusts based on ambient conditions, maintaining a balance between immersion and comfort. Transparency mode enables natural awareness of your surroundings without removing the earbuds, which is useful for situational awareness during work or travel.

Seamless connectivity across devices
Modern workflows require flexibility, and the EB525 accommodates this with advanced wireless capabilities:

  • Bluetooth 5.3 ensures stable, low-latency connections
  • Multi-point pairing supports up to 8 devices, with 2 active connections at once
  • Dell Pair enables quick connection to compatible Dell systems
  • Reliable wireless range of up to 30 meters

These features reduce interruptions when switching between devices such as laptops and smartphones.

Comfort-focused design with everyday durability
The earbuds are designed for extended wear, offering four ear tip sizes to achieve a secure and personalized fit. The lightweight in-ear form factor minimizes fatigue, while the IP54 rating provides resistance to dust and water, supporting daily use in varied conditions.

Smart controls and personalization
On-device touch controls simplify interaction, allowing users to:

  • Adjust volume and playback
  • Toggle ANC and transparency modes
  • Manage calls and microphone settings
  • Navigate tracks with intuitive gestures

Customization is available through Dell software tools, enabling users to fine-tune equalizer settings, assign controls, and update firmware.

Battery performance and charging efficiency
Battery life supports full workdays with minimal interruptions:

  • Up to 5 hours talk time with ANC enabled
  • Up to 8 hours listening time on earbuds alone
  • Up to 33 hours total with charging case
  • Fast charging delivers approximately 1 hour of use from a 5-minute charge
  • Full recharge completed in under 2 hours

Charging is handled via USB Type-C or wireless charging for added convenience.
